All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Orders are shipped within 24hrs of purchase; we do not currently offer same day shipping.

The type of packaging will vary according to the items sent and may be split into smaller parcels to fit through letterboxes.  All orders are discretely packaged; we do not use logos or any branding.

Please do check that your delivery address is correct on the confirmation e-mail we send after your purchase. We are happy to send to work addresses, however please include both your name and the company name of the work address. The Royal Mail may not deliver unless the company name is included.

Orders over £40 to UK mainland addresses will be posted Free of charge during the offer period.

You will only be charged delivery once per order, as long as all items are purchased at the same time.

Next working day deliveries will require a signature otherwise a “sorry we missed you” card will be left by Royal Mail advising you where to collect your package. We do suggest that you use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your purchase on your behalf.

Please note: International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore Payment of any such charges will be the customer’s responsibility. If you need more information on what these charges may be, please contact your local customs office.

If you would like to send a hosiery item back to leggsbeautiful you can if: 

You send it back within 14 days of receiving the product and either one of the two following options apply:

a) The packet is unopened and the product is unworn. Returned tights must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached or with any original packaging.

b) The product is faulty

Due to the nature of hosiery we can only accept ladders/runs as faults if they were present when you first opened the packet.  Please open your order when it arrives and check your product.   A return will only be accepted for tights if the item is unworn and in a saleable condition. All postage needs to be paid for by the customer unless a product is being returned for a manufacturing fault. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on knickers.

 You must obtain proof of postage from your post office. Your return parcel can take up to 5 working days to arrive back with us. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in a resalable condition. 
If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be required. 

International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items. 

Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office; a £5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of this order.
