Order by 2:00 pm Monday-Friday for same day despatch with Royal Mail.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following working day

International Shoppers (Please Read)

If you are shopping from outside of the UK, please check your local import taxes and duties prior to placing your order. Customers are responsible for paying import taxes, duties and customs fees, LEGGSBEAUTIFUL is not responsible for any of these charges.

All of our orders are delivered by UK Royal Mail

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase;

(delivery times may be longer after weekends & during busy periods)

The type of packaging will vary according to the items sent and may be split into smaller parcels to fit through letterboxes. All orders are discretely packaged; we do not use logos or any branding.

Please do check that your delivery address is correct on the confirmation e-mail we send after your purchase. We are happy to send to work addresses, however please include both your name and the company name of the work address. The Royal Mail may not deliver unless the company name is included.

Orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses will be posted Free of charge during the offer period.

You will only be charged delivery once per order, as long as all items are purchased at the same time.

All deliveries will require a signature otherwise a “sorry we missed you” card will be left by Royal Mail/Hermes advising you where to collect your package. We do suggest that you use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your purchase on your behalf. Please contact us if your delivery does not arrive.

International orders will be charged as per rates below and will also require a signature on delivery. If the tracking indicates that the delivery was successful, any claim for non receipt will be the buyers responsibility. If orders are returned due to non collection or address issues, we will issue a refund less the shhipping charge, the buyer will need to make a claim with ltheir local postal service. Please use the tracking information provided to follow up with your local courier.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore Payment of any such charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
