If you would like to send a hosiery item back to leggsbeautiful you can if:
You send it back within 14 days of receiving the product and either one of the two following options apply:
- a) The packet is unopened and the product is unworn. Returned tights must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached or with any original packaging.
- b) The product is faulty
Due to the nature of hosiery we can only accept ladders/runs as faults if they were present when you first opened the packet. Please open your order when it arrives and check your product. A return will only be accepted for tights if the item is unworn and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on knickers or bodies.
UK orders can be returned free of charge using a Royal Mail shipping label only if the product received is incorrect or faulty. Please contact us and we will send you a label with instructions on how to return your package. (Please note a printer is required) Incorrect or faulty item exchanges are sent out free of charge.
Customers who are returning products for any reasons other than the ones outlined above ie: ordered wrong size or changed mind, will be responsible for the return postage. A refund will be issued once the package is received as we do not offer exchanges on these types of returns.
You must obtain "proof of postage" from your post office. Your return parcel can take up to 5 working days to arrive back with us. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in its “original” condition.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Leggsbeautiful.
We are not able to generate international postage labels, therefore the customer must return items at their own cost. Leggsbeautiful will refund International delivery costs if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item is faulty when you receive it, please notify us within upon receipt.
